The Digital Marketing and Content Manager drives Gestalt Trainings’ brand growth by building awareness, generating qualified leads, and creating compelling content that reflects our transformative training programs. This role blends strategic marketing with creative storytelling to engage target audiences across digital channels.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (web, email, social, paid, SEO).
- Manage budgets, timelines, and automation workflows.
- Identify target segments and create persona-based strategies.
- Track and optimize performance using analytics and testing.
Content Creation
- Produce engaging blogs, articles, videos, case studies, and social content.
- Maintain brand voice across all materials.
- Manage content calendar and repurpose assets for multiple platforms.
- Capture client and trainer success stories.
Website & SEO
- Oversee website updates, UX, and conversion optimization.
- Implement SEO best practices and keyword strategies.
- Monitor analytics to improve traffic and performance.
Social Media & Community
- Develop and manage social media strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
- Grow and engage online community; leverage user-generated content.
- Track social performance and optimize engagement.
Email Marketing
- Design and run email campaigns and nurture sequences.
- Segment audiences, test performance, and ensure compliance.
- Track open rates, CTR, and conversions.
Brand & Thought Leadership
- Strengthen Gestalt Trainings’ positioning and visibility.
- Manage brand consistency, PR, and partnerships.
- Support leadership in creating thought leadership content.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor key KPIs and provide insights to guide strategy.
- Measure ROI, lead generation, and conversion performance.
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2-3 years’ experience in digital/content marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, CRM, automation, and CMS tools.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and project management skills.
- Experience in B2B, education, or professional services preferred.
- Strategic, creative, and data-driven.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
