About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the Life Sciences domain to join our dynamic team.


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud or Veeva CRM, and a proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing these platforms to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirement Gathering :


- Engage with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Solution Design :


- Design and propose solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud or Veeva CRM that align with business goals and improve operational efficiency.

Implementation :


- Lead and participate in the implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud or Veeva CRM projects, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time.

Process Improvement :


- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend system enhancements to optimize business operations.

Testing and Validation :


- Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions are functioning as expected and meet business requirements.

Training and Support :


- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the Salesforce Service Cloud or Veeva CRM systems.

Documentation :


- Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.


Stakeholder Management :


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Qualifications :

Experience :


- 5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Life Sciences domain.

Technical Skills :


- Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Veeva CRM.

Domain Knowledge :


- In-depth understanding of the Life Sciences industry, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical devices.

Analytical Skills :


- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.

Communication Skills :


- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Project Management :


- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications : Salesforce or Veeva CRM certifications are a plus.
