We are importer and distributor of medical devices brand like Airsep , Philips , Resmed and deals with cpap , bipap, oxygen concentrator , ventilator etc . We are located at Gurgaon near mg road metro station .Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Gurugram. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for sales , business development , key account / vendor management, lead management , lead closing / conversion , coordinating with customers, managing sales operations, and ensuring seamless communication between team members and clients. The role also involves preparing and managing sales reports, assisting in the execution of sales strategies, and handling customer inquiries professionally and promptly.QualificationsProficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to ensure seamless support and effective management of sales processes.sales business development , key vendor / accounts management.Lead generation , follow up and conversion of leads into business . Customer Service expertise to handle client inquiries and maintain high customer satisfactionStrong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teamsPractical experience in sales activities and support to implement and drive operational efficienciesExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in using CRM and sales management tools is an added advantageBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferredExperience in healthcare industry and medical devices industry is preferred .
