Who We AreWe're Airavat — an AI-powered trading platform that integrates crypto, prediction markets, market intelligence, and agentic automation into a simple, easy-to-use conversational interface.Our MissionOur mission is to empower individuals by providing them with the institutional-grade tools and workflows needed to grow their financial net worth in this uncertain, volatile and increasingly inflationary environment.The OpportunityWe are entering a limited beta in a few weeks and are looking for highly motivated, passionate marketers to join us at the ground floor.We are recruiting for a Marketing Lead role.Required SkillsCompletely AI-native - Has the knowledge, skills and experience to execute and scale most if not all their tasks with the use of AI tools.Strong organizational skills - Plan and execute social posting / engagement calendar on a weekly cadence.Strong attention to detail and meticulous e.g. to ensure all customer queries are answered, all questing rewards are processed on a weekly basis and things are kept on schedule.Performance oriented and creative - Analyze campaign performance KPIs and social posts at the end of every week and strategize on improvements or A/B tests.Strong conversational and written english. Be able to write HIGH quality short and long form content.Be able to juggle multiple tasks and manage dependencies e.g. working with outsourced agencies for image and video production and ensuring adherence to schedule.Ability to plan and executing questing campaigns on platforms like Zealy, Galxe, Intract (experience with atleast 1 of them)Strong experience with handling customer support type of work to help our communities on Discord, Telegram and our Questing platform.Work smart: The intuitive ability to put just the right amount of effort in getting something done. Doing a good job is important, but so is moving fast. The ability to balance the two is key.Nice-to-havesStrong familiarity with Crypto, Web3, Meme culture and the like.Strong Image generation and Video production skills.Managerial experience with Marketing operations and research interns. Ability to function as an individual contributor while supervising others' work.Strong Ability to conduct market research and help with strategy to create compelling campaigns.Sophisticated On-page and Off-page SEO skills. Ability to put a multi-month plan in motion to build our presence online.Strong experience with AI/AI-powered tools to scale and enhance all activities.Experience with business development for partnerships, KOL relationships and such.Required mindsetWillingness to take on any task to advance the mission of the organization (e.g. help get t-shirts and coffee mugs produced).Motivation and Passion TRUMP Experience..
