The platform features a wide range of genres, includingromance, thriller, horror, comedy, and drama, offering something for every type of viewer.About NucanonZupee acquired Australian AI startup Nucanon in early November 2025 to build an AI-powered interactive storytelling division, integrating Nucanon's tech for dynamic narratives and branching stories with Zupee's large user base for new entertainment experiencesAbout the Job:- The Manager – Operations will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, improving efficiency, ensuring consistent process adherence, and driving overall business performance. This role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams while maintaining high service standards.Roles and Responsibilities:- 1. Operational ManagementOversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning and timely delivery of objectives.Implement operational strategies, processes, and best practices to optimize workflow.Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.2. Team Leadership & CoordinationLead, mentor, and supervise the operations team to achieve departmental goals.Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.Foster collaboration between internal departments for seamless operations.3. Process ImprovementAnalyze current processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.Drive automation initiatives and implement SOPs.Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and regulations.4. Stakeholder ManagementCoordinate with senior management to align operational strategies with business goals.Liaise with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders when required.Handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution.5. Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.Maintain accurate records of operational data and documentation.Track KPIs and provide insights for decision-making.Qualifications & SkillsEducational QualificationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.MBA or relevant certification preferred.Experience5–8 years of experience in operations, process management, or a similar role.Experience in team leadership and multi-project handling.Key SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Proficiency in MS Office and operations-related software/tools.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Knowledge of process optimization, budgeting, and resource planning.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance incentives.Opportunity to work with a high-growth team.Learning and development opportunities.A dynamic and collaborative work culture.
