About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Healthcare Sales & Operations Leader to drive patient acquisition, revenue growth, and operational excellence across our OPD clinics in Gurugram & NCR.

This is a hands-on leadership role for professionals experienced in doctor-led OPD clinics, patient journey management, and clinic-level revenue ownership—particularly within women and child healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Sales, Growth & Revenue

  • Drive monthly OPD revenue targets through increased footfall and conversions
  • Execute local growth strategies: doctor referrals, diagnostics tie-ups, corporates, societies & partnerships
  • Improve consultation-to-procedure, package, and follow-up conversion rates
  • Partner closely with doctors to optimize clinical services and care pathways

Clinic Operations

  • Manage day-to-day OPD clinic operations with a focus on patient flow and reduced TAT
  • Ensure superior patient experience and service quality
  • Oversee front desk, care coordinators, nursing & support teams
  • Optimize doctor schedules, appointments, and OPD utilization

Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, and motivate clinic sales & operations teams
  • Set and track KPIs for front desk, care coordinators & ops staff
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and capability development

Process & Analytics

  • Track metrics: footfall, revenue per patient, conversion rates, repeat visits & doctor productivity
  • Implement SOPs for OPD operations, patient handling & sales workflows
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, tech & medical leadership teams

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5–10 years of experience in Healthcare Sales & Operations
  • Strong exposure to OPD clinics, multi-specialty clinics, diagnostic centers, or hospital OPDs
  • Proven experience handling clinic revenue or P&L responsibility
  • Deep understanding of the outpatient care journey
  • On-ground, execution-focused leader with strong doctor & stakeholder management skills
  • Thrives in a fast-growing, performance-driven healthcare environment

⭐ Preferred Background

  • Experience in women’s health, maternity, pediatrics, fertility or wellness clinics
  • Exposure to corporate OPD programs, healthcare packages or memberships
  • MBA / Healthcare Management qualification (preferred, not mandatory)
