Our speed, agility, and dedication set us apart, and we perform best when surrounded by high-energy, driven individuals.To continue our rapid growth and deliver an even greater impact, we invite you to apply for our open positions and become part of our journeyAbout the role: As a Finance Functional Consultant, you would be responsible for designing and implementing Oracle Financials Cloud solutions, leading process design with clients, handling integrations, managing testing phases, and overseeing accurate data migration.What You’ll Do:Design and implement Oracle Financials Cloud solutions that meet business needs with focus on industry best practicesLead the process design along with client business team and prepare process flows and solution design documentsFunctional design integrations with third party systemsPrepare test scenarios and anchor the testing phases of the projectOversee data migration activities ensuring high data integrity and accuracyOn your first day, we'll expect you to haveMust have carried at least 2 implementations on Oracle Fusion FinancialsWorking experience in any 2 of the financial modules: AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, Expenses, Advanced CollectionsExperience in implementing Leases /Assets will be a plusExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex business problemsOracle certification in these modules will be an added advantageStrong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with client stakeholders and internal technical teamExperience and willingness to work in an onsite-offshore modelQualification: CA/ICWA/CS, MBA in FinanceBenefits: At Calfus, we value our employees and offer a strong benefits package.
