The role:

As Partner Growth Manager at Unloq, you’ll be responsible for activating, growing, and monetising our partner ecosystem. You’ll turn partnerships into a meaningful revenue channel by enabling partners to source, influence, and expand customer opportunities.


This role blends partner management, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution. It’s ideal for someone who understands how to drive real commercial outcomes through partners.

Responsibilities:

Partner Activation & Revenue Growth

  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
  • Build and execute joint go-to-market plans with priority partners.
  • Proactively prospect within partner databases and networks to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Identify expansion opportunities within partner-led accounts.
  • Track, forecast, and report on partner pipeline and revenue.


Partner Enablement

  • Enable partners to confidently position and sell Unloq’s solutions.
  • Support partners through discovery, solution design, and commercial discussions.
  • Act as a subject-matter guide on Unloq’s value proposition and use cases.


Go-To-Market Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to support partner-led deals and expansions.
  • Collaborate with sales to continuously refine lead qualification benchmarks to improve conversion and win rate.
  • Align on account ownership and deal strategy.
  • Ensure smooth handover from partner-sourced opportunities to direct sales or delivery teams.


Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders within partner organisations.
  • Navigate complex, multi-party deal structures.
  • Represent Unloq at partner events, meetings, and industry forums.


Programme & Process Development

  • Help shape Unloq’s partner strategy and programmes as the ecosystem scales.
  • Define success metrics and continuously improve partner performance.
  • Maintain accurate partner data, pipeline, and reporting in Salesforce.


Background/Experience:

  • 4 - 8 years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, business development, or indirect sales.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through partners.
  • Experience in fintech, financial services, SaaS, or supply chain solutions preferred.
  • Comfortable with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Strong commercial acumen and deal structuring skills.
  • Collaborative and able to influence without authority.
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset suited to a scaling company.
