Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our coworking space business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales performance, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional with a proven track record of success to join a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives, across different cities
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners to drive sales and revenue growth PAN India
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and lead generation.
  5. Conduct sales calls, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
  6. Analyze sales performance and provide insights to improve sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or commercial sales environment.
  3. Proven track record of sales success, with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
