As a Talent Advisor you will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting including sourcing, identifying, and engaging top-tier talent across various channels to build a robust candidate pipeline. You will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people at Solventum. Here, you will make an impact by:Develop and manage the strong relationship with business leaders, Hiring Managers, and other HR teams;Lead the design and execution of end-to-end recruitment process for assigned openings across various business groups/functions, and provide talent acquisition solutions to fulfill business needs in a highly efficient and effective manner;Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pools for key areas in anticipation of hiring needsExecute highly effective interviews and selection leveraging various selection tools and improve the quality of hires through a strong and thorough interview process.Contribute to the development and maintenance of robust recruitment and selection processes, tools, and reporting, and ensure recruiting process complianceCritically evaluating recruiting data and metrics to derive insights and make informed decisions in recruitment strategy and plan to drive operation model and process efficiency, innovation, and quality.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university7+ years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience in multinational healthcare/medical devices companies; good understanding of the medical device talent market in India regionStrong sourcing capabilities and experience in both agency and corporate environments preferredExperienced in project management, and has a strong passion for employer branding, recruiting marketing, and young talents programs;Operate as a strategic thought partner for the business, building strong relationships with your hiring teams and leverage your experience and influence to drive a best-in-class recruitment and candidate experience.Operate with a growth mindset challenging your own and others thinking to consistently evolve talent practises to achieve greater results.Leverage data to influence business thinking and support on talent decisions.Provide the best possible experience be it for candidates, employees or managersProficiency in using Workday ATS, CRM tool, or other recruiting tools much preferredDemonstrate characteristics such as creativity, ownership, and motivationBuild strong collaborative relationships across different stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsFluency in spoken and written EnglishWork location: Bangalore, IndiaMode of Work: HybridSupporting Your Well-being: Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
