Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Professional located in Mumbai. The HR Professional will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Key duties include developing and implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, handling employee grievances, and conducting training and development programs. The HR Professional will also play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring operational efficiency in HR functions. Qualifications Experience in employee relations, recruitment, and performance managementProficiency in HR policies development and implementationKnowledge of labor laws and compliance requirementsSkills in administering employee benefits and handling grievancesProficiency in conducting training and development programsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrior experience in the engineering or manufacturing sector is a plus
