Candidate should oversee and develop analytics service offering and develop, execute and optimize strategies. This role may include direct management of team member(s) and oversee team deliverables. This is an exceptional opportunity to build your career and work with some of the largest brands in an amazing agency environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGuide the team members, typically comprising first-line managers and supervisorsEnsuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional areaDevelop business opportunitiesWorking across functions with peers in other groups to ensure collaboration for shared goalsWorking with senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planningMonitor performance, conduct the evaluation and take corrective actions when necessaryCreate goals for the broader function and work with managers to ensure the goals cascade to all workersPrepare industry level/research reports which benefit client and organizationDesign user-flow strategies and recommend changes for optimal consumer experienceAbility to analyze and create holistic dashboards/reports by pulling data from different data sources and present to senior clientsDesign and build dashboards and other visualizations using data visualization tools like TableauSKILLSHands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics and Dynamic Tag ManagerProficient in Data visualization tools like PowerBi, Tableau and Data StudioStrong command of the language with the ability to communicate persuasively and effectivelyAbility to lead through influence rather than direct authorityAbility to work productively, always projecting a positive outlook in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong technical skills & knowledge for Listening, Website & Social Media AnalyticsExperience at handling a team, mentoring and guiding themHands-on experience with providing measurable solutions to the portfolio of clientBasic understanding of HTML, PHP, JavascriptQUALIFICATIONS:Graduate/Post Graduate in any streamCertified In Google Analytics and Tag ManagerAdditional Courses in relevant streams i.e. Website Analytics, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, etc. are preferredWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM INTERACTIVE AVENUESInteractive Avenue’s vision is to make advertising more insightful to the brands.
