JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Work with bench consultants and market their profiles to job requirements from various job boards and vendors.
- Identify potential clients and vendors, and build long-term relationships.
- Submit consultants to suitable positions and follow up for interview schedules.
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication between consultants and clients/vendors.
- Maintain and update a database of consultants, vendors, and job requirements.
- Negotiate rates and terms with clients/vendors as needed.
- Ensure timely placement of consultants on new projects.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies in the IT sector.
