Role Description


This is a full-time, remote role for a Deal Desk/Contract Analyst. The primary responsibilities include managing and reviewing contractual agreements, supporting contract negotiations, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to legal, business, and compliance requirements. The person is responsible for managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle in a fast-growing Series A SaaS environment.


Role Description:

  • End to End Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM) working alongside Sales, Finance and Legal teams and maintaining robust repository


  • Review, drafting and managing customer contracts (MSAs, SOWs, DPAs) by adhering to company policies and terms. Identify non-standard terms and flag / highlight to the external counsel and internal teams


  • Collaborate with Internal Teams (Sales, Finance, Product and Legal) and ensure fast moving of the deals and execution of the same


  • Manage end to end contract repository, track renewals, invoicing timelines and ensuring all the bookings related terms are accurately reflected in the CRM (Salesforce, Docusign, etc.)


  • Partner with Sales Ops and Finance for the resolve any discrepancies between signed contracts and system records and help in aligning Revenue Recognition in line with the contract


  • Help in scaling and automating the contract management workflow as the company scales and implement CLM tools and standardise processes and workflows for faster and error free deal closures


  • Experience with CRM tools and contract management systems is a plus


Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in contracts coordination, sales operations, legal & finance operations
  • Prior Experience in high growth US based SaaS startup
  • Experience with CRM tools and contract management systems is a plus
  • Basic understanding of SaaS (Subscription) based revenue and contracting and data protection terms like ARR, Bookings, CCPA, GDPR, DPA, etc.
  • High Attention to Detail and ability other manage multiple deals and bring them to faster closure
  • Comfort in interacting with internal legal counsel / firm and internal stakeholders
  • Legal background with finance acumen is preferred


It is Remote role with expectation to with US counterpart and teams.
