Role : ServiceNow Specialist with expertise in Salesforce integration


Contract Duration : 6+ Months (Fulltime freelancer/Independent contractor)

Location : Remote

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Specialist with expertise in Salesforce integration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring and maintaining ServiceNow applications, with a particular focus on integrating ServiceNow with Salesforce to optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- ServiceNow Administration : Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Salesforce Integration : Develop and implement integration solutions between ServiceNow and Salesforce, leveraging APIs, web services, and middleware.

- Configuration & Customization : Configure ServiceNow applications, including workflows, UI actions, business rules, client scripts, and ACLs.

- Process Automation : Automate business processes within ServiceNow to improve efficiency and user experience.

- Incident & Problem Management : Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow and Salesforce integrations promptly.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure seamless integration.

- Training & Support : Provide training and support to end-users and administrators on ServiceNow functionalities and integrated processes.

- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, integration processes, and any changes made to the system.

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience : Minimum 7 years of experience in ServiceNow administration and integration.

Skills :

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.

- Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with Salesforce using APIs, web services, and middleware.

- Solid understanding of ServiceNow workflows, UI actions, business rules, client scripts, and ACLs.

- Experience with process automation within ServiceNow.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications in ServiceNow Administration or Development.

- Experience with other integration platforms and tools.

- Knowledge of ITIL practices and frameworks.
