ServiceNow Developer
Location :
Remote PAN India
Contract to hire role, contract period of 11 months.
Experience : 8 to 10 years
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and Development : Architect, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, integrations, and workflows.
- Configuration : Configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
- Scripting : Write and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI policies, script includes, and other scriptbased components.
- Integration : Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using SOAP, REST, and other APIs.
- Performance Optimization : Monitor and optimize the performance of the ServiceNow platform.
- Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
- Best Practices : Implement best practices for ServiceNow development, including coding standards, security, and data management.
- Collaboration : Work closely with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver highquality ServiceNow implementations.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience : 810 years of handson experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Certifications : ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, or other relevant certifications.
Technical Skills :
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform administration and development.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and principles.
- Knowledge of integration technologies and protocols (SOAP, REST, LDAP, SSO).
- Experience with database design, SQL, and data modeling.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Soft Skills :
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detailoriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- Leadership abilities and experience in mentoring junior developers.
Qualifications :
