Role :
ServiceNow Developer

Location :
Remote PAN India

Contract to hire role, contract period of 11 months.

Experience : 8 to 10 years

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and Development : Architect, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, integrations, and workflows.
  • Configuration : Configure ServiceNow applications and modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
  • Scripting : Write and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI policies, script includes, and other scriptbased components.
  • Integration : Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using SOAP, REST, and other APIs.
  • Performance Optimization : Monitor and optimize the performance of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Best Practices : Implement best practices for ServiceNow development, including coding standards, security, and data management.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver highquality ServiceNow implementations.


Qualifications :


  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience : 810 years of handson experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
  • Certifications : ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, or other relevant certifications.

Technical Skills :

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform administration and development.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and principles.
  • Knowledge of integration technologies and protocols (SOAP, REST, LDAP, SSO).
  • Experience with database design, SQL, and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Soft Skills :

  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
  • Leadership abilities and experience in mentoring junior developers.

Qualifications :


  • Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, or Security Operations.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Experience in managing largescale ServiceNow implementations.
