Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Amazon Quick Sight.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
  • Integrate Quick Sight with AWS data sources including S3, Athena, Redshift, RDS, and Glue.
  • Design and implement data models, ETL processes, and data transformation workflows to ensure data accuracy and high performance.
  • Optimize dashboard performance, query efficiency, and data processing within the AWS ecosystem.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and security configurations using AWS IAM.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain the AWS infrastructure supporting BI solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and promote best practices for cloud-based BI architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Amazon Quick Sight Developer in a complex AWS environment.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services: S3, Athena, Redshift, RDS, Glue, IAM, and related cloud infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and ETL development.
  • Solid understanding of BI best practices, KPIs, and visualization techniques.
  • Familiarity with AWS security, governance, and compliance standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Data Analytics).
  • Experience with automating and optimizing cloud infrastructure supporting BI workloads.
  • Knowledge of additional BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense is a plus.
