Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Amazon Account Manager located in Bengaluru. The Amazon Account Manager will handle day-to-day operations for managing and optimizing Amazon accounts. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, analyzing performance metrics, coordinating with marketing teams, and ensuring product listings are optimized for discoverability and conversion. The role also involves interacting with clients to drive growth and resolve issues, monitoring competition, and staying updated on Amazon platform changes and policies.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Client Communication skills
- Experience in Sales Strategy Development and Performance Analysis
- Proficiency in Marketing Coordination and Product Listing Optimization
- Knowledge of the Amazon Platform and E-commerce Trends
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Relevant experience in e-commerce or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
