Gopani Product Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking a high-performing Sales Engineer or Sr.
Engineer/Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. We are looking for a
proactive individual with strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to join
our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities:
. Execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed targets in the assigned territory.
. Identify and engage new customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high
satisfaction and loyalty.
. Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating
product features and benefits to prospects and clients.
. Gather customer feedback and market insights to provide input for product and
service improvements.
. Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients, achieving mutually
beneficial outcomes.
. Provide timely sales forecasts, reports, and insights to management.
. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify
business opportunities.
. Represent Gopani at trade shows, conferences, and events to promote products and
grow the client base.
. Travel within Ahmedabad to meet customers and prospects in person.
Qualifications:
. Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related
field.
. Fresher - 2 years sales engineers/executive of experience or 5-7 years Sr.
engineer/executive experience, preferably in filtration, chemicals, pharmaceuticals
equipment manufacturing or similar industries.
. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a B2B environment.
. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
. Ability to understand technical products and effectively communicate their value to
customers.
. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools.
. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
. Willingness to travel.
