Our operations are built on innovation, compliance, and service excellence.Job Summary:We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand our mall advertising and DOOH media business in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in media sales, specifically in mall advertising or digital OOH formats, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals with brands and agencies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Client ManagementDrive end-to-end sales for mall media and DOOH inventory in Bangalore and surrounding markets.Identify and develop relationships with key clients, media agencies, and direct advertisers.Understand client needs and deliver customized advertising solutions aligned with brand goals.Build a healthy pipeline of prospects and ensure consistent revenue generation.Strategy & Business DevelopmentCreate and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.Explore new opportunities in untapped verticals and industries for DOOH advertising.Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to stay ahead.Client Servicing & Campaign ExecutionWork closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.Maintain high service standards and deliver excellent client satisfaction.Handle post-sales coordination, campaign reporting, and renewals.Reporting & AnalysisMaintain accurate records of sales activity, forecasts, and client interactions using CRM tools.Prepare weekly and monthly reports for senior management.Key Requirements:Minimum 8 years of experience in mall media sales/ DOOHStrong network of agencies & brands, in the Bangalore region.Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong understanding of digital signage, programmatic DOOH, and retail advertising dynamics.Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).Preferred Attributes:Fluent in English and Kannada (preferred).Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Passion for media innovation and digital transformation in advertising.Flexible to travel across if required.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary + performance-based incentivesMobile and travel allowancesOpportunity to grow into a regional leadership role
