About the Role:

We’re looking for a switched-on, tech-savvy individual who’s confident working with data and supporting users. In this role, you’ll act as a key link between our newly developed application and the real-world data that powers it.


Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry & Migration: Organise, clean and transfer data from existing systems into our new platform.
  • First-Level Application Support: Handle user queries via phone and email, provide basic troubleshooting, and log issues for escalation when needed.


What We’re Looking For

  • Background in IT or a related field
  • Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new applications quickly
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Previous experience in technical or customer support is preferred
  • Basic understanding of software or coding is a bonus (not required)
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving
