This is a full-time Assistant Manager role at a Overseas Fintech Group. As an Assistant Manager - Accounts & Tax, you will be responsible for overseeing -


  • Accounting & Financial Reporting: End to End Accounting, testing transactions, and drafting financial statements and schedules of an overseas Group.
  • MIS Reporting, Bank Reconciliations, Notes to Account and Ledger Scrutiny.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Support preparation of Direct tax and Indirect Tax filings and compliance documentation
  • Audit Support: Stay updated on accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory changes
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel


We are open for candidates who are looking for remote work as well.


Typical Requirements

  • Education: Completed degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS), and comfort with Excel and tools like Tally, SAP or QuickBooks
  • Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, good communication and teamwork skills, time management
