Job Title: Senior Payroll Analyst

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Payroll Analyst to manage full-cycle payroll operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and a strong understanding of payroll compliance, reporting, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process end-to-end payroll using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accurate and timely payroll completion.
  • Validate employee data, timesheets, earnings, deductions, bonuses, and tax withholdings.
  • Perform payroll reconciliations and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve payroll discrepancies and system issues.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to maintain data accuracy and streamline workflows.
  • Prepare payroll metrics, dashboards, and audit-ready documentation.
  • Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Recommend and implement payroll process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now.
  • 4–7 years of payroll processing and payroll analysis experience.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance standards.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formulas, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HRIS integrations and workflow automation.
  • Prior experience supporting payroll audits.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
