About the Role

We’re looking for an LLM Engineer to build and scale AI applications using modern LLM frameworks, agentic workflows, and retrieval systems. You will work across application engineering, evaluation, and observability to deliver reliable, production-ready AI features.Responsibilities

  • Build LLM-powered applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and similar frameworks.
  • Develop agent workflows, tool-using agents, and multi-step reasoning pipelines.
  • Implement RAG systems with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.).
  • Set up LLM traceability, monitoring, and observability (LangSmith, W&B, MLflow).
  • Build evaluation pipelines for accuracy, grounding, safety, and hallucination reduction.
  • Design data pipelines for chunking, embeddings, and indexing.
  • Deploy and scale LLM services using cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

Requirements

  • Strong Python and experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
  • Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and RAG.
  • Experience with LLM evaluation, monitoring, and traceability tools.
  • Background in cloud deployment, APIs, and modern MLOps practices.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building agentic architectures or orchestration engines.
  • Familiarity with safety tooling, guardrails, or AI governance.
  • Contributions to open-source AI tools.
