Built by performance marketingspecialists, Hector delivers intelligent, structured insights that help brands scaleprofitably through granular analysis and smarter strategic decision-making.Hector’s Recent Accolades:• Winner of the 2025 Amazon Ads Partner Award for Seasonal Sales Strategy –APAC.• Winner of the Amazon Ads Innovation Challenge 2025.Role Overview:We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer to join our team and help build production-ready AI solutions for advertising analytics and campaign optimisation platform.Key Responsibilities:At Hector, you'll be building AI-powered solutions that directly impact how brandsoptimize their advertising campaigns:• LLM-based Analytics Systems – Work with OpenAI, Claude, and other frontiermodels to build intelligent campaign analysis tools• RAG & Document Intelligence – Develop retrieval systems for extracting insightsfrom advertising data and reports• Amazon Ads Optimization – Build AI workflows for campaign performanceanalysis, budget optimization, and targeting strategies• MCP Integration – Work on Model Context Protocol implementations forenhanced AI agent capabilities• Production Deployment – Deploy and maintain AI systems using FastAPI, Docker,and cloud infrastructurePrompt Engineering & Fine-tuning – Optimize model performance for domain-specific advertising use casesRequirements:• Proven experience as a Python Developer, databases & data warehouses.• Proven experience with extracting data from various sources, includingdatabases, APIs, and message queues (experience with SQS, RabbitMQ, or Kafka a plus)• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.• Good communication and documentation skills.Must-Have Skills:• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied data science• Strong proficiency in Python (PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain/LangGraph)• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and prompt engineering• Experience building RAG systems, embeddings, and vector search• Familiarity with FastAPI, REST APIs, and backend development• Understanding of MLOps principles and model deployment• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyNice-to-Have:• Experience with advertising platforms (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta)• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) or AI agent frameworks• Familiarity with multimodal AI and document understanding• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)• Background in computer vision or NLP• Exposure to fine-tuning open-source models (Llama, Mistral)
