Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fleet/ Employee Transport Manager to oversee all admin operations supporting our media production workflows. This role is crucial to ensure that transport services are effectively utilized and managed. The person will be responsible for Managing own fleet of at least 30 – 40 cabs as well as vendor hired cabs. The person will ensure the all the cab requirements are fulfilled within given timeframe.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the transportation of production equipment, crew, and assets to various media shoot locations.
- Ensure timely dispatch, and recovery of logistical resources required for shoots, events, and campaigns.
- Collaborate and handle with internal teams (Production, Creative, Procurement, Legal) to align logistics with project timelines.
- Manage logistics partners, fleet vendors, and warehousing service providers to uphold cost efficiency and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety, traffic, and labor regulations, especially during high-pressure projects and live productions.
- Prepare logistics budgets for each production and monitor actual costs vs. forecasts.
- Maintain documentation and generate reports on delivery timelines, equipment tracking, and logistical performance.
- Address last-minute changes, delays, or emergencies with smart, agile problem-solving.
- Manage transport team and should have experience of handling own fleet of at least 50 cabs.
- Advance knowledge of MIS and should have experience in auditing and processing of bills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration with 7 – 15 years of experience.
