Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting month-end closing activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare and post journal entries in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manage payables processing, including vendor reconciliations and timely payments.
  • Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial statements.
  • Handle basic TDS compliance and ensure adherence to statutory requirements.
  • Work on provisions, prepaid expenses, and related accounting adjustments.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies and provide actionable insights.
