Today, we're operating at a 200 Cr ARR and scaling fast.As we expand across India, launch new stores, and roll out fresh collections weekly, we're reimagining what modern ethnic wear can look and feel like inclusive, comfortable, stylish, and accessible.Join us on this journey of building a house of lifestyle brands.About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant who can manage day-to-day accounting operations, support monthly closures, and ensure compliance across TDS, GST and statutory requirements.The role requires solid basic accounting knowledge, accuracy in entries, and hands-on experience with reconciliations.Roles & ResponsibilitiesDaily Accounting OperationsHandle basic accounting and day-to-day bookkeepingPass accounting entries accurately (Purchase, Sales, Payment, Receipt, Journal)Vendor invoice booking & validationMaintain accounting records, ledgers, and documentationTaxation & CompliancePrepare and compute TDS on paymentsAssist in GST input/output reconciliationCoordinate with CA for monthly and quarterly filingsEnsure compliance with statutory deadlinesReconciliation & ReportingBank reconciliation on a daily/weekly basisVendor & customer reconciliationSupport month-end closing activitiesAssist finance lead with MIS and internal reportsPayments & Vendor CoordinationPrepare payment sheetsCoordinate with internal teams & vendors for invoice queriesEnsure timely payments and documentationRequired Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of basic accounting conceptsHands-on experience with accounting entries, TDS, GSTGood knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot preferred)Attention to detail & accuracyAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentGood communication & coordination skillsKey Qualifications & Skills1–3 years of hands-on accounting experienceStrong working knowledge of basic accounting, accounting entries, TDS & GSTQualification: B.Com / M.Com / Semi-qualified CA (preferred)Experience in a startup / D2C / e-commerce environment (preferred)Practical experience on accounting tools such as Tally / Zoho / QuickBooksGood Excel skills (basic formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot preferred)Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation discipline
