Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Jaipur. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting regulations, and overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes. Additional duties involve reconciling accounts, analyzing financial data, and contributing to financial audits. The Accountant will collaborate with relevant teams to maintain accurate financial records and support decision-making processes within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in accounting standards, financial reporting, and budgeting
  • Strong skills in account reconciliation, payroll processing, and tax preparation
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Excel, with analytical abilities to evaluate financial data
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree or CPA is an advantage)
  • Experience in the financial or co-operative sector preferred
