Knowledge of tracking pixels, UTM parameters and basic code implementation Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications preferred Passionate about working in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment Paid Search:6+ years’ experience in Pay Per Click, GoogleAd, campaign management, BingAd Setting up a variety of PPC campaigns across a range of digital channels – Search/Social as per the Media PlansOverseeing existing campaigns and making recommendations on how to optimize themAnalysing trends and making data-driven decisionsWriting engaging copy for adverts & proof-readingSharing creative suggestions for advert templatesProducing detailed analysis and reports of campaigns to a range of audiencesBusiness Decisions:Adjust Campaign budget, bids & settings based on historic performance dataMaking a morning check-in as the routine work to stay ahead in the race by planning the future course of action by understanding a clear picture of what’s happening in the accountPerform competition research for ad copies, keywords & KWRs CPCApply Geo, Device & Day parting scheduling to increase campaign effectivenessIncorporate A/B or Multivariate testing of ad copies & finalize the best performing ad copiesPull out KPI segment level data which cannot be directly pulled out from paid insights or analytics like keyword level data segmented by LocationWhile in cases where ROI gets important, Search marketing manager must ensure that the unrelated keyword doesn’t pass through and are added into negativesApplying own wisdom to know the top players or the mediocre players in the campaign along with the costWhenever search marketing manager notices a high surge in the budget of the ad or a sudden deviation from the traffic and when this unexpected development could very well be the result of internal controls or a change in the client’s website, it gets imperative to recommend right set of measures in such unforeseen instancesShift Timings: (Rotational) Day shift: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PMNight shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (±2 hours, as per client request)
