You should have a proven track record in HR leadership roles and experience in setting up HR processes from scratch in greenfield projects.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to drive business growthLead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talentManage employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration to ensure employee satisfactionCollaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives and drive organizational growthSet up HR processes for greenfield projects or similar experienceEnsure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standardsRecruitment Expertise:Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talentManage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other sourcing channelsConduct interviews and assessments to identify best-fit candidatesEnsure timely and efficient hiring processes to meet business needsCompliance Requirements:Strong knowledge of labor laws, including the Industrial Disputes Act, Shops and Establishments Act, and other relevant regulationsExperience with PF, ESI, and other statutory compliancesFamiliarity with labor law amendments and updatesAbility to conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsRequirements:5-10 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment or a similar industryExperience in setting up HR processes in greenfield projectsProven track record in HR leadership rolesStrong knowledge of labor laws and regulationsExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsWhat We Offer:Competitive salary packageOpportunity to work with a leading recruitment firmProfessional growth and development opportunitiesCollaborative and dynamic work environment Apply now with your resume and a brief introduction outlining your experience and qualifications for the role.
