MAIN REQUIREMENT : MUST Have strong knowledge on computer parts, prices, best combination of parts.

Social Media and content writing skills is a big bonus. Should be proefficient in Talking in English and Tamil.


Role Description:

We are looking for a Computer Technical Specialist who is passionate about the latest computer parts and technology. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of servers, workstations, Nvidia graphics cards, networking, and related tech. This is a role for a tech geek who is curious and eager to keep up with the newest trends and innovations in the computer hardware space.

Freshers with strong interest and knowledge in the field are welcome to apply.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers by understanding their tech needs and recommending suitable computer parts, storage servers, workstations, and networking solutions.
  • Provide technical support and advice on Graphics cards, workstation builds, server setups, and networking configurations.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends, new products, and market developments.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and networking components.
  • Support inventory management by keeping track of tech stock and new arrivals.


Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of computer parts including latest CPUs, GPUs, servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
  • Strong curiosity and passion about technology and PC building.
  • Basic understanding or eagerness to learn about complex pc setups, NAS, and network infrastructure.
  • Good communication skills to explain complex tech terms clearly to customers.
  • Freshers with relevant knowledge and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in tech sales or support is a plus but not mandatory.
