Join our dynamic team as an MSP Coordinator and be the vital link between our Recruiting & HR teams and new talent onboarding About the Role:As an MSP Coordinator / Client Communication Coordinator, you'll play a key role in streamlining our onboarding process, managing communications with clients and vendors, ensuring seamless candidate experience, and supporting timekeeping and payroll operations.You’ll work directly under the Strategic Operations Manager and collaborate with various departments to keep everything running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:Client Coordination & Onboarding SupportCommunicate with clients to coordinate applicant onboarding and background checksSchedule interviews by aligning manager and candidate availabilityTrack and update onboarding checklists and system entriesEnsure new hires receive all necessary instructions and documentationFollow up with managers for timely timesheet approvalsTimekeeping & PayrollAssist in setting up online timecard systemsManage login information and pay data entryMonitor and notify vendors of incomplete timesheetsAdministrative TasksMaintain accurate employee and client recordsWork on weekly and daily reportingParticipate in internal team and company-wide meetings✅ What You’ll Need:Experience in temporary staffing, HR coordination or Recruitment preferredStrong interpersonal & written communication skillsProficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and comfortable with online toolsStrong attention to detail and multitasking abilityAnalytical thinking and problem-solving mindset Bonus Skills:Prior experience in MSP/Vendor Management Systems/Recruitment Knowledge of HRIS platforms Why Join Us?Collaborative and supportive team cultureOpportunity to work in a fast-paced and growing industryGain hands-on experience in HR operations and client coordinationCompetitive salary package & growth opportunities.
