About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst 3 to join our Cyber Security team.

You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions in the ever-evolving cybersecurity landscape.

You will work closely with security professionals, stakeholders, and business leaders to analyze security requirements, define security strategies, and develop solutions to mitigate cyber risks.

Responsibilities :

- Partner with security professionals to understand and document complex cyber security threats and vulnerabilities.

- Analyze business processes and identify security risks and control gaps.

- Conduct security requirements gathering sessions and workshops with stakeholders to define security needs and objectives.

- Develop and document security requirements specifications (SRS) aligned with business needs and regulatory compliance.

- Translate security requirements into actionable solutions for the security team.

- Evaluate and recommend security tools and technologies to address identified risks.

- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards.

- Track and manage security projects and ensure their successful implementation.

- Conduct cost-benefit analysis for proposed security solutions.

- Develop and deliver security awareness training for business users.

- Monitor and report on security incidents and trends.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats, regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications :

- 6 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Cybersecurity a plus.

- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, vulnerabilities, and risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001/2).

- Experience in conducting security requirements gathering and analysis.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Experience with business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN) is a plus.

- Familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies is a plus.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
