Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst (BA) to join our growing team.
You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering requirements, analyzing data, and designing solutions that drive efficiency and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role.
Skills & Experience:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Proven ability to gather and document business requirements through various techniques (interviews, workshops, user stories).
- Expertise in analyzing requirements to identify pain points, opportunities, and key functionalities.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear and concise technical specifications.
Data Analysis:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) to extract and manipulate data.
Process Improvement:
- Demonstrated experience in identifying areas for process improvement and recommending solutions.
- Ability to develop and document process flows and workflows.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across all levels (business users, developers, etc.).
- Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Project Management:
- Strong project management skills to manage requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation phases.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) (a plus).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN) (a plus)
- Knowledge of basic SQL queries (a plus)
Bonus Points:
- Experience with user experience (UX) design principles.
- Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools for data visualization and reporting.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges.
- Conduct business process analysis and identify areas for improvement.
- Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analyze data to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Develop and document user stories and use cases.
- Create and maintain business process models and workflows.
- Work collaboratively with developers and other IT professionals to ensure requirements are met.
- Participate in system testing and validation activities.
- Document business processes and solutions for future reference.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
