The ideal candidate will have experience in the medical technology industry and a proven track record of success in digital marketing.About the RoleThe Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve business objectives.ResponsibilitiesDevelop Digital Marketing Strategies:Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans to achieve business objectives.Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify growth opportunities.Manage Digital Channels:Oversee company website, social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.Ensure all digital channels are aligned with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.Content Creation and Management:Develop and curate high-quality content for digital channels (e.g., product information, case studies, thought leadership pieces).Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product management and sales) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM):Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.Manage SEM campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.Social Media Management:Develop and execute social media strategies to engage healthcare professionals, customers, and other stakeholders.Monitor and respond to online comments, questions, and concerns in a timely manner.Email Marketing and Lead Generation:Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.Develop lead generation strategies to capture and qualify leads.Analytics and Reporting:Track and analyze digital marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, engagement rates, conversion rates).Provide regular reporting and insights to inform future marketing strategies.Regulatory Compliance:Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with medical industry regulations (e.g., FDA guidelines, CE marking).QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.8+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the medical technology industry.Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.Strong understanding of medical industry trends, regulations, and compliance.Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud).Required SkillsStrong understanding of medical industry trends, regulations, and compliance.Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud).Preferred SkillsMaster's degree in Marketing or related field.Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot).Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
