About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Senior Sales & Marketing Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience in selling technology services and solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands B2B technology sales cycles, and has a creative edge in marketing.

You will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation, nurturing relationships, and converting opportunities into tangible business outcomes. A blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and storytelling will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify, research, and prospect potential clients through cold calls, emails, events, social media, and targeted campaigns.
  • Qualify leads based on need, budget, decision-making authority, and alignment with our service offerings.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client pain points and position ACL Digital’s solutions effectively.

Marketing & Brand Building:


  • Define, shape, and evolve ACL’s brand identity, tone of voice, and messaging across all channels.
  • Execute targeted marketing campaigns to support lead generation and brand awareness goals.
  • Manage digital campaigns (email marketing, Google Ads, paid search, retargeting, social media, and more), tracking performance and optimizing for ROI.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing for technology services (IT, SaaS, or digital transformation preferred).
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation, consultative selling, and solution-based sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and digital marketing campaigns.: Good to Have
  • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and pipeline health.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with global teams.
