About the Job : Birlasoft is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced PTC Windchill Business Analyst to support PLM initiatives within the Communications, Media, and Technology domain. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and design solutions to improve system efficiency and user experience using PTC Windchill.


Title: Business System Analyst (Windchill)

Job Location: Multiple Location (Noida, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad)

Educational Background: Bachelors degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics or related field is strongly preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities in the Communications, Media, and Technology domain.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
  • Leverage expertise in PTC Windchill to support and enhance PLM workflows.
  • Design and propose system solutions to optimize functionality and user experience.
  • Assist in Windchill implementation, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate system changes and enhancements.
  • Provide end-user training and ongoing support for Windchill usage.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of processes, requirements, and configurations.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.


Skills Required:

  • 7 years of total experience, with strong exposure to PTC Windchill and PLM systems.
  • Solid understanding of business analysis practices and process optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Windchill configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction and documentation.
  • Experience in project coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
