We support our clients' needs in Primary Care, Specialty Care, and Hospital business units, and we have managed portfolios in the Biologics space, Branded Pharmaceuticals, Generics, APIs, Diagnostics, and Packaging & Delivery Systems.We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner closely with business leaders and employees across multiple practice areas.This role will be responsible for shaping and executing the people strategy aligned to business goals, fostering a high-performance culture, and strengthening employee engagement and capability.As we scale, this role will play a pivotal part in building the HRBP function from the ground up, establishing processes, and ensuring HR is a true enabler of business success.Key Responsibilities:Strategic PartnershipAct as the single point of contact for business leaders and teams, translating business goals into people priorities.Partner with leadership to drive workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design aligned to business needs.Advise and coach managers on performance, team effectiveness, and employee development.Talent and Performance ManagementDrive the goal setting and performance management cycle, ensuring clarity, fairness, and accountability across teams.Identify high-potential talent and create targeted development plansPartner with business to execute talent reviews, succession planning, and career pathing initiatives.Employee Experience and EngagementLead initiatives to assess and improve organizational health and employee engagement.Conduct periodic pulse checks, analyze data, and drive actionable plans to improve productivity, motivation, and retention.Champion a culture of feedback, inclusion, and continuous improvement.Operational ExcellenceOwn the employee lifecycle for assigned business units — onboarding, confirmation, internal movements, and exits.Partner with HR Operations, TA, and L&D teams to ensure seamless execution of HR processes and compliance.Track HR metrics (attrition, hiring, engagement, performance outcomes) and present insights to leadership for decision-making.Change Management and Culture BuildingSupport and lead organizational change initiatives, communication plans, and leadership engagement efforts.Reinforce company values and behaviors through interventions, recognition, and leadership alignment.Qualifications & Requirements:EducationMBA or master’s degree in human resources or related field.Experience: 6–9 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5+ years as an HR Business Partner.Strong business acumen with ability to understand organizational priorities and link HR strategy to outcomes.Hands-on experience with performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and intellectually demanding environment.
