This role will provide leadership for all aspects of organizational capability, including managing the performance development program, enabling change, driving cultural transformation efforts, learning, and leadership effectiveness. This role also provides strategic and operational internal communications to the Executive Leadership Team and other key stakeholders. This role deals with strategic business and confidential employee information as directed by Head of People and Experience, Asia. This role will lead the self-directed learning ecosystem that empowers employees to own their development journey. This includes leveraging platforms such as Udemy and LinkedIn Learning to curate personalized learning paths, track engagement analytics, and promote continuous upskilling aligned with business priorities. This role will manage leadership development by partnering with external vendors and creating internal leadership training courses based on topics requested and needed by leaders. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end management of the performance development cycle, driving a high-performance culture through clear goal/OKR setting, regular progress reviews, meaningful mid-year and year-end feedback, and rewards tied to business outcomes.Act as a driving force behind organizational performance and effectiveness.Collaborate and influence leaders to drive successful delivery of performance management program that attract & retain top tech talent Carry out organizational needs assessment, intervention design and change management initiatives; advise and influence business leaders to achieve strategic and operational business objectives.Lead the change agenda through planning, developing, and implementing changes through the leadership team.Develop an effective change management plan for significant strategic changes in the organization including communications, training, employee involvement strategies, and change leadership.Strengthen the “ways of working” enabling transformation for delivering our strategic E-Mobility Journey.Lead and implement leadership development frameworks to ensure strong and sustainable leadership pipelines.Implement effective Talent and Learning interventions, including org. health diagnostics and career development initiatives.Manage and administer the learning platforms to support self-service learning across the organization.Develop strategic messaging around various topics, including organization and company strategy, priorities, and announcements in collaboration with senior leadership.Partner closely with Shell Corporate Relations and communication teams as needed.Leads the end-to-end delivery of the Employee Engagement Survey, encompassing survey design, coordination, launch, and reporting of results.Partner with key stakeholders to create content and professional slide decks for community connects and other important employee engagements.Manage remote and in-person events, which include creating narrative themes, developing executive messaging, and overseeing event logistics. Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or similar field required.Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR with at least 5 years’ experience in a talent management, organizational design, change or learning position. Multi-faceted skillset able to pivot across several HR capabilities. Proven track record in organizational health, design and performance.Demonstrated strategic thinking capability and solid judgement across diverse/complex issues.Demonstrated ability to advise, coach and influence senior leaders.
