Role: Account Management Executive (2 Openings)

Location: Onsite – Dehradun

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred)

At DigiStay, we believe that strong relationships build strong businesses. We’re on the lookout for two driven and client-focused Account Management Executives to join our team onsite in Dehradun.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and account retention
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Serve as the key liaison between clients and internal teams
What You Bring:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or client servicing
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset
  • An MBA is a plus, but not mandatory
