Problem solving with CFT approach by using Quality tools like - Pareto, Fish bone diagram, Histogram, Control charts & scatter diagrams.
Reviews for MRM data & analysis with action plan. Follow ups for action implementation with supporting departments like ME, Maint, Purchase & Production.
IPO audits, Product process audits, 20 basic system audits, control plan audits for processes like Broaching, Pressing, Winding, Welding, Soldering, Assembly, Balancing, Magnetization, Curing, Varnishing & testing.
CTQ monitoring & SPC review with analysis & action plan for Common / special causes.
COPQ monitoring for EFR/W, IHR & other NVA activities with drill down analysis to reduce COPQ.
Proactive work to identify new defect , new causes with controls by reviewing QA QM matrix.
( IPO Re-do activity ) Supplier part quality issues monitoring & review with suppliers with Purchase, IQA & VQA persons for improvements / restoration.
Analysis of quality issues with different formats like 8D, 6W2H, 4 Step, 7 Step , 12 Step, Why Why analysis, fish bone , cause verification & CAR .
Team motivation by providing training at Gemba or at Tech center with different topics like - Product knowledge, COPQ, Why Why Analysis, 7 QC tools, TPM( QM Pillar ) & Six sigma.
