Position OverviewWind Chasers Aviation Academy seeks a dedicated Admissions Officer to join our premier pilot training institute. This role focuses on student consultation, admissions management, and supporting business development initiatives through effective student recruitment and relationship management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in university/educational institution operations and a passion for helping aspiring pilots achieve their aviation dreams.Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Consultation & Admissions ManagementProspect Consultation: Conduct comprehensive consultations with prospective students and their families regarding pilot training programs (PPL, CPL, ATPL, type ratings)Program Advisory: Provide detailed guidance on course selection, career pathways, international training opportunities, and regulatory requirementsApplication Processing: Manage end-to-end admissions process including documentation review, eligibility assessment, and enrollment coordinationStudent Onboarding: Facilitate smooth transition for new students including orientation, program introduction, and initial support servicesAcademic Counseling: Provide ongoing support for student queries regarding curriculum, certifications, and career progressionBusiness Development SupportLead Qualification: Identify and nurture qualified prospects through effective consultation and follow-up processesConversion Optimization: Implement strategies to improve inquiry-to-enrollment conversion rates through personalized student engagementMarket Intelligence: Gather insights on student preferences, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategiesReferral Programs: Develop and maintain relationships that generate student referrals from alumni, partners, and industry contactsTechnology & Communication ManagementCRM Administration: Maintain comprehensive student and prospect databases using CRM systems for tracking interactions, follow-ups, and conversion metricsWhatsApp Business Management: Utilize WhatsApp Business tools for immediate student communication, query resolution, and engagement campaignsEmail Communication: Manage targeted email campaigns for nurturing leads, providing student updates, and sharing program informationDigital Engagement: Maintain professional and timely responses across all communication channelsRelationship ManagementStudent Experience: Ensure exceptional service delivery throughout the admissions journey and beyondFamily Engagement: Build trust and confidence with parents and guardians through transparent communication and expert guidanceAlumni Relations: Maintain connections with graduates for testimonials, success stories, and referral opportunitiesInternal Coordination: Work closely with faculty, operations, and management teams to ensure seamless student experienceRequired QualificationsEducational BackgroundMinimum: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing, or related fieldPreferred: Master's degree in relevant disciplineSpecialized Knowledge: Understanding of aviation industry, pilot licensing requirements, and DGCA standards (preferred but not mandatory)Professional ExperienceMinimum 3-5 years of experience in university admissions, student services, or educational consultingProven track record in student recruitment, enrollment management, and retention programsExperience with student counseling, career guidance, and educational pathway planningFamiliarity with CRM systems, digital communication tools, and database managementTechnical SkillsCRM Proficiency: Working knowledge of customer relationship management systemsDigital Communication: Expertise in WhatsApp Business, email platforms, and professional communication toolsData Management: Ability to maintain accurate records and generate reports on admissions
