Hiring Alert: Manager -Compensation & Benefits | Pro-Vigil Inc Location: Hyderabad Shift: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM️ Days: 5 Day's Work From Office Notice Period: 30 DaysWe are looking for an energetic and driven process-oriented Payroll Specialist who will be responsible for payroll processing and employee benefits in Pro-vigil India.The payroll specialist will define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package. Will ensure verification of payroll inputs, timely recording of benefits, resulting accurate payroll output & timely disbursal.The person would review the payroll inputs and calculations and assist the corporate finance team in accounting for the payroll for the organization.This role will require the Payroll and Benefits Specialist to interact with Finance, HRDepartments and all Payroll Stakeholders regularly, to ensure meeting timelines with reference to payroll processing, statutory compliances and remittances etc.Will be responsible for overall day-to- day activities from payroll point of view, besides leading the Payroll Process with the team, in terms of Attendance and Time Keeping.The incumbent must demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail, as well as strongfinancial and taxation acumen, including knowledge of local tax laws and statutory compliance.Good Communication Skills, Analytical and problem-solving Skills are Mandatory.Responsibilities include:Gather attendance input from all the sources and ensure that the pay components are accurate.Timely processing of monthly payroll and validating that the payroll calculations are accurate.Interacting with stakeholders and guiding them on required approvals and documentation needs for the payroll inputs.Timely Attendance Freeze and processing of India Payroll.Interact with the finance department for processing the payroll, ensuring accurate output, and solving any queries from them.Play a key role in the integration of the local payroll system with GreytHR modules.Developing and managing monthly payroll MIS and reporting structure for both external and internal stakeholders.Ensure compliance with PV India’s policies, Payroll SOP, and internal controls framework.Manage Employee Benefits like Group Life Insurance, Group Term Life Insurance, Group Accident Insurance, Gratuity, PF, ESI and Bonus.Owns rewards and benefits disbursements like Leave Encashment, Leave and tracking.Coordinate benefit setup, deduction and compliance reporting issues with Information Systems, Human Resources, and Tax Compliance.Staff Communication and ensure best practice relationship with all Service Providers.Prepares HR Benefits and Management report along with analytics.Required SkillsStrong payroll understanding with Min 10 + years of work experience in payroll processing exclusively in the BPO Sector.Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Manager with team-handling responsibilities.Hands on GreytHR is mandatoryExperience in working with external payroll vendors.Experience in implementing the GreytHR Payroll module and maintaining the standards of the payroll module.Efficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google sheets (including Advanced Excel Formulas)Demonstrated ability to perform processes in an organized, systematic fashionPassionate about technology and comfortable learning new systemsProven successful track record in meeting tight deadlinesProactive self-starter with a dynamic and resilient nature, able to work and lead in a fast-paced environment.Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with strict adherence to deadlines and SLAs.Able to think out of the box and take decisions while being extremely well organized and detail oriented with demonstrated follow-up skills.High degree of attention to detail and focus on the integrity of accounting and reporting of financial transactions and results.Strong customer service skills, for both internal and external customers.
