Embracing these dynamic changes the brand delivered to the high streets of India, a modern product and brand that appealed to this new youth movement.Today, 30 years later brand Turtle continue to deliver the best of global styling and inspirations, whilst staying true to their heritage.Job BriefWe are looking for a Creative Retail Visual Merchandiser to increase sales, get buyer’s attention and to provide an excellent in-store experience.The goal is to use visual merchandising to convert window shoppers into prospects, drive branding and sales objectives and maximize profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine, design and implement a creative visual merchandising strategyCreate appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customerthrough the entire storeProduce window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans and specialpromotions displayIdentify key messages and set a clear image of the end resultCome up with, revise and present design ideas with assistant merchandisersAct in alignment to the organization’s culture, products, image and targetmarketOversee the production and brief staff on arranging displaysChange displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive orseasonal themesResearch lifestyle, demographics and design trendsActively oversee new store openings with willingness to travel to upcountry locationsCandidate RequirementsProven work experience of 10 years in apparel as a Creative Visual Merchandiser at Regional level.Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolioSolid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, interior displays and space utilisationProficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design toolsKnowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practicesProficiency in MS OfficeCreative and innovative thinkerAbility to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey resultsBS degree (design background) in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, exhibition design or similar
