The Wellness Chef will design innovative menus using fresh, organic ingredients, collaborate with nutrition professionals, and ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation within a wellness-focused environment. Key Responsibilities️ Menu Planning & Development• Design and develop balanced, nutrient-rich menus aligned with wellness principles.• Collaborate with nutritionists/dietitians to accommodate specific dietary requirements such as vegan, gluten-free, low-carb, and allergen-sensitive diets.• Innovate and update recipes based on current wellness and holistic nutrition trends. Food Preparation & Cooking• Prepare flavourful meals that promote health and well-being.• Ensure appealing and consistent presentation that reflects the wellness brand. Kitchen & Team Management• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards across all kitchen areas.• Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure availability of high-quality ingredients.• Train kitchen staff on wellness cooking techniques and food safety protocols.
