Role:

We are looking for a production professional to supervise projects from development to completion, ensuring seamless coordination, budget alignment, and top-tier creative output in collaboration with directors and team leads.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee end-to-end production (pre-production to post-production) including scheduling, budgeting, logistics, permits, equipment, contracts, and vendor management.
  • Coordinate closely with directors, writers, cast, crew, and department heads to maintain timelines, communication flow, and ensure the creative vision is met.
  • Manage budgets, track expenses, ensure timely payouts, and work with finance, legal, QC, and S&P teams for documentation, agreements, and compliance.
  • Provide on-set problem solving, manage artist coordination, and ensure smooth operations without disrupting shoots.
  • Prepare DPRs, maintain MIS, oversee licensing/permissions, and ensure timely delivery of production milestones for high-quality long-format content (Films/Web).
