Job Overview

ViscoSpark is seeking a Junior Social Media Executive for a full-time position based in Kolkata. This role involves developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engage with our audience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media trends and a knack for content creation. As part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms and increasing engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong expertise in social media strategy development and execution to enhance brand visibility and engagement (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in content creation, including crafting compelling posts and visuals to captivate target audiences (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro to produce engaging multimedia content (Mandatory skill).
  • Solid experience in Instagram marketing, including building and maintaining an active and engaged follower base.
  • Proven ability to create and optimize Facebook ads to reach and influence target demographics effectively.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Hootsuite, to track performance metrics and inform strategy.
  • Understanding of SEO for social media, ensuring content is optimized for better search engine visibility and user engagement.
  • Experience in influencer marketing to expand brand reach and credibility through partnerships.

  • Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement across platforms.
  • Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content tailored to different platforms, ensuring consistency in voice and style.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to generate multimedia content, including infographics and videos.
  • Monitor social media channels to engage with the audience, respond to queries, and manage online interactions professionally.
  • Conduct regular analysis of competitor social media activities to stay informed of trends and strategize accordingly.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to understand the impact of strategies and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with influencers and partners to drive brand campaigns and promotions effectively.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business objectives.
