- Role:
Admission Counselor & Marketing Executive The Admission Counselor & Marketing Executive will be responsible for student counseling, admissions, marketing campaigns, and developing partnerships with schools, colleges, and corporates to promote our Skill Development Programs.
- Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students & parents about Skill Development Programs
- Manage inquiries, calls, and follow-ups for admissions
- Conduct presentations and sessions in schools, colleges, and communities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns (online + offline)
- Build partnerships with institutions and corporates
- Achieve admission targets for training batches
- Requirements
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any field (preferred: Marketing, Education, Counseling)
- Strong communication & persuasion skills (English, Hindi, Marathi)
- Experience in admissions, counseling, or sales/marketing preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Passion for education and youth empowerment
