About Us We are an education & skill development institute with 20+ years of experience in schooling and youth training. Role: Admission Counselor & Marketing Executive The Admission Counselor & Marketing Executive will be responsible for student counseling, admissions, marketing campaigns, and developing partnerships with schools, colleges, and corporates to promote our Skill Development Programs. Key Responsibilities Counsel students & parents about Skill Development Programs Manage inquiries, calls, and follow-ups for admissions Conduct presentations and sessions in schools, colleges, and communities Develop and implement marketing campaigns (online + offline) Build partnerships with institutions and corporates Achieve admission targets for training batches Requirements Graduate / Postgraduate in any field (preferred: Marketing, Education, Counseling) Strong communication & persuasion skills (English, Hindi, Marathi) Experience in admissions, counseling, or sales/marketing preferred Ability to work independently and meet targets Passion for education and youth empowerment Compensation Competitive salary with performance-based incentives on admissions achieved.
